This large multi-use building complex occupies one entire city block which is located along Tsvetnoy Boulevard at the northern gate to the old ‘white city’ of Moscow, less than two kilometres from the Kremlin. This project was collaboration between NBBJ architects and studio g+G which acted as architects of record.

The project includes high-end street level retail shopping with international standard office spaces above for both private and federal government, private governmental library space and three luxurious residential condo towers that sit over the green roof space. The plinth of the building is sculpted of differentiated proportions to allow for natural ventilation with open and closed courtyards – private and public – which respond to the scale of the historic neighbourhood.
